Terms of Enrollment: Align Membership

Welcome to Align — a monthly membership space devoted to sacred growth, soul remembrance, and aligned expansion. This agreement outlines the terms of your participation and the energetic integrity we hold for this community.
✧ Program Overview
The Align Membership is a recurring monthly subscription that may include:
- Monthly live calls and/or transmissions
- Access to a member portal with sacred teachings and replays
- Community space for discussion, sharing, and support
- Occasional bonus events, activations, or guided practices
This is a living temple space where content and format may evolve in alignment with the highest service to the community.
✧ Payment Terms
- Your membership investment is $97 per month or $997 per year, billed automatically from the date of your initial enrollment.
- All payments are non-refundable.
- By submitting payment, you agree to this ongoing subscription and authorize automatic charges to your chosen payment method each month.
✧ Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time after your first month by emailing us at [email protected] at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.
Cancellations made with fewer than 7 days' notice may result in one final charge. No partial refunds or pro-rata adjustments will be made.
✧ Confidentiality & Community Integrity
You agree to uphold the sacredness of the space. This includes:
- Honoring the confidentiality of all member shares
- Maintaining respect for the diversity and sovereignty of each member
- Engaging with the community and facilitators from a place of mutual respect and care
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the space if their behavior is deemed disruptive, harmful, or misaligned, without refund.
✧ Intellectual Property
All content, materials, processes, rituals, audio/video recordings, and shared teachings are the exclusive intellectual property of Monad Society and Samantha Fe International, LLC. You agree not to:
- Record, distribute, duplicate, or share materials outside the membership
- Teach or repurpose program content without written permission
Violation of this agreement may result in legal action or removal from the program without refund.
✧ Technology & Delivery
All content is delivered digitally. You are responsible for having access to a stable internet connection and the ability to access Kajabi-hosted materials. Occasionally, access may be temporarily interrupted for updates or maintenance.
✧ Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantees regarding outcomes or personal transformation. You are fully responsible for your own participation, decisions, and results.
Under no circumstances shall Monad Society or Samantha Fe International, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
✧ Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Enrollment at any time. Continued participation in the membership constitutes acceptance of any changes. We will notify members of significant updates via email or the member portal.
✧ Acceptance
By enrolling in the Align Membership, you agree to these Terms of Enrollment and the energetic integrity of this sacred container. Suggested term of agreement is one year.
