In fact, this is often the pattern for the hypeindependent "good girls" that forge their own path while also doing what they're "supposed" to do.Â
You're capable.
People depend on you.
You can walk into a room where everyone else is overwhelmed and figure out what needs to happen.
You've learned how to think quickly, communicate clearly, make decisions, stay composed, and get things done.
And those qualities have probably served you incredibly well.
But when you spend years being rewarded for how well you perform, produce, manage, anticipate, and hold everything together, it can become difficult to notice how far you have moved away from your own center.
Maybe you finish a full day of meetings and realize you have barely checked in with your body once.
Maybe you can tell everyone else what needs to happen next, but when somebody asks what you actually want, the answer takes longer.
Maybe you have built a life that looks successful from the outside, yet your creativity feels harder to access.
Your intuition gets overridden by analysis.
Praise has be earned from academic or work related accomplishments.
Rest can feel strangely uncomfortable.
Receiving can feel harder than doing.
And there may be a deeper part of you that knows there is more trying to come through.
More creativity.
More expression.
More intimacy with yourself.
More of your innate gifts.
You cannot think your way into that relationship.
Many powerful independent women have spent years learning how to succeed through the mind.
So when they feel disconnected, they often try to solve that disconnection using the same tools that helped them perform.
Another plan.
Another goal.
Another book.
Another productivity system.
Another attempt to “figure yourself out.”
But your mind, womb, soul connection is not another business problem to solve.
We have to feel our way through this.
Even more deeply, you have ancient wisdom ready to reawaken within you now.Â

The connection between your body, desire, creativity and receiving, and why these aren't separate conversations.
How to begin accessing your feminine wisdom again, even if you've spent years operating from logic, control and achievement.
Understanding why you aren't getting what you desire in romance and partnership, so this isn't something you only understand intellectually.
About Sitara
I’m Sitara, an intuitive development coach who works with badass ambitious women ready to come back home to their heart, their womb, and their divine femininity.
For years, my work has taken me into conversations about heart-centered intuitive development, energy, healing, business, intuition, relationships, the heart, and the patterns women carry in their bodies and lives.
And the conversation I keep returning to is this:
What happens when a woman stops living only from the part of herself that learned how to survive, perform, produce, protect, and hold everything together?
What happens when you let go of the story of who you think you are and you become the woman you are under all the noise and expectations?
My own path has required me to look at hyper-independence, self-protection, relationships, sexuality, innocence, the heart, the womb, and what it actually means to feel safe enough to soften without giving my power away.
That lived experience shapes how I hold this work.
I am deeply interested in the woman underneath the role.
Underneath the job title.
Underneath the expectations.
Underneath the version of you who knows exactly what to say when someone asks, “How’s work?”
Because your gifts are not limited to what fits neatly inside your résumé.
Your intuition matters.
Your creativity matters.
Your feeling nature matters.
Your relationship with yourself matters.
And when you have spent years giving your attention outward, there comes a point when your own inner world begins asking you to come home to your heart and your womb.
